This is where we post our latest hotel projects. Only "ACTIVE MEMBERS" may access this page. As an Active Member, you will be able to get a jump on getting the details of a project prior to putting out for other investors to participate.

That means when the hotel is held as "Open For Investment" you will find all of the shares are not SOLD OUT.

It is very frustrating when you put all your hard work into analyzing an investment only to find out that all the funds have already been raised and the project is CLOSED.

The project that appears here will be from a very early period of our examining a hotel. The location of the hotel will be limited to the City and State the property is in until it has been put under contract. At that time a full brochure with the main features will be provided for you to peruse. Within a week a ppm will follow just after the Due Diligence phase of the acquisition has begun.
